Non-destructive testing laboratory of UZTM is certified for compliance with ILAC international standards

The non-destructive testing laboratory of Uralmashplant JSC received a license certificate granting it the right to use the mark of the international laboratory certification organization ILAC-MRA. The certificate is issued by the Russian certification organization Association of analytical Centers "Analytica".  

The NDT laboratory of Uralmashplant JSC received the accreditation in compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019). The license will remain valid till  26 October, 2026.

The scope of accreditation covers the ultrasonic, magnetic-particle, dye penetrant, x-ray, visual, and dimensional inspection types. The NDT laboratory of Uralmashplant JSC can now use the ILAC-MRA mark in its test reports, information sheets, letterheads, web resources, etc. within the scope of accreditation.  

The ILAC accreditation is necessary for export supplies. The award of the right to use the ILAC-MRA mark signifies the recognition of high competence of the NDT laboratory. Now the NDT laboratory of Uralmashplant can use the ILAC-MRA mark for non-destructive tests conducted in the course of manufacture of equipment for Akkuyu NPP being constructed in Turkey.
